Quick soup with egg roux
ingredients
1 tbsp baby semolina 1 tbsp oil 1 pk egg 1,25 liters water 4 tbsp frozen vegetable mixture 1/2 cube vegetable broth to taste salt to taste vegeta to taste parsley

Fry the semolina in the oil, add the egg and stir until thickened. Pour in water, stir thoroughly, add Vegetable Recipes, 1/2 of the boilon cube, salt and cook until Vegetable Recipes are tender.

Flavor the hot soup with the veggies and chopped parsley.
