Quick soup from potatoes and garlic

ingredients

150 g potato 80 g bread 30 g lard to taste salt, red pepper, garlic

Peel the smaller potatoes and cut lengthwise. Boil them in salted water. Fry the sliced bread in lard, pour over the water from the potatoes. Add the grated garlic, red pepper and salt to taste. Finally, add the boiled potatoes.
