Method of preparation

1 Mix the flour with one teaspoon of baking soda, add the oil (I personally used vegetable fat, but more up to half a cup, and then don’t grease the baking sheet), milk (rather less than half a cup, to make a tip-top dough) and add a couple of drops of vinegar (baking soda + vinegar creates the effect of baking soda; -) and loosens up the dough a bit, not the yeast). 2 When the dough is well kneaded, turn it out onto a baking sheet and knead it with your hands along the baking sheet into a very thin patty (you can leave the edges thicker). Then, on top of this thin pancake, put whatever you like to taste (BEWARE that you don’t end up like a dog and a cat with a cake).
