Quick pear pie

In half an hour you will have this simple but really delicious fruit tart on the table…

Beat the egg yolks and sugar until frothy.

Add lemon juice.

In the sifted flour, stir the lemon zest and fold into the egg yolk mixture.

Stir in the stiff egg whites.

Peel, core and slice the pears.Line a round mould with baking paper (I buttered the paper and used a 27 x 27 x 3.6 cm mould) and arrange the pears.

Pour the batter (I do not use baking powder)

And bake in a preheated oven ( gas stove so about third degree) bake those 20-25 minutes.

Let cool, turn the cake out and take off the paper.
