4 dl milk 1 pk egg yolk 1 pk egg 50 g powdered sugar pinches salt 250 g plain flour 100 g oil for baking 100 g jam
step
1.
To some of the milk put the egg yolk, egg, sugar, a little salt and add the flour a little at a time, stirring constantly.
2.
Work the dough well so that there are no lumps and finally dilute it with the remaining milk.
3.
Heat a frying pan, brush it with oil, pour a reasonable portion of batter on it and fry the pancake on both sides.
4.
Brush the hot pancakes with jam, fold twice and sprinkle the top with more icing sugar.
