Beef takes longer to prepare. If you get home later and need to make a quick dinner, then grind it up. This will make it cook much quicker, plus you’ll be showing your family such new tastes as well.
1.
Cook the potatoes in their skins. Then put them in a baking dish, add olive oil, salt, thyme. Mix them with the potatoes and put them in the oven at 220 degrees.
2.
Mash the beef.
3.
Clean the carrots, celery, onion and garlic. Then grate them on a coarse grater so that they sit well with the meat.
4.
Fry the meat in hot oil. When it releases its juices, drain it. Add salt and pepper.
5.
Add the vegetable mixture to the pan, stir to combine and sauté slowly like this. Then add worchester and season with salt and pepper.
6.
Add a little water so that the meat is not completely dry. Before the end, add the parsley and simmer for a few more minutes.
7.
Fry the chopped bacon in a frying pan. Drain the beans and mix with the chopped tomatoes. If you don’t have canned beans at home, soak them the day before and cook them until soft in the morning. When the bacon is browned, add the tomato and beans and sauté until soft. Once it is set aside, salt it, add the basil and wine vinegar. Stir everything together.
8.
When the potatoes are cooked, take them out. Use a potato masher to press them down a little so that they are good to eat on the plate.
9.
When serving, put the finished meat on the plate, add the beans and potatoes next to it, and put a dollop of sour cream on top.
