Quick Goulash Soup with Sausage

Soup ready in 30 minutes. It is prepared from water, bouillon cube and spices with a potato insert and sausage or other sausage.

Ingredients:

250 g of sausage (kabanos, sausages, sausages …) 200 g of potatoes 50 g smooth flour 30 g oil 4 pcs garlic strips 2 pcs beef bouillon cubes 1 pc larger onion 1.5 l water ground hot pepper marjoram parsley cumin pepper salt chilli pepper for garnish

Procedure:

  • Cut the cabanos or other sausage nicely into thicker rounds, dice the peeled potatoes
  • Slice the garlic and onion as well, mince the garlic and finely chop the onion
  • Then heat the oil in a saucepan, put the onions in, fry them, sprinkle with flour, prepare a light roux, stir in some ground hot pepper, fry and pour 500 ml of hot water, stir thoroughly and simmer for 5 minutes
  • Add the chopped potatoes, season with salt and cook for 10 minutes, then add the garlic, cumin, chopped sausage, beef bouillon cube and cook until the potatoes are soft
  • Finally, top up the soup with water to 1.5 litres, season with marjoram, pepper, salt and leave to boil
  • Decorate individual portions on a plate with chopped chilli.
  • Recommendation:

    Sweet, non-spicy paprika can be substituted for the hot paprika.
