Soup ready in 30 minutes. It is prepared from water, bouillon cube and spices with a potato insert and sausage or other sausage.
Ingredients:

ground hot pepper

Procedure:
Cut the cabanos or other sausage nicely into thicker rounds, dice the peeled potatoes
Slice the garlic and onion as well, mince the garlic and finely chop the onion
Then heat the oil in a saucepan, put the onions in, fry them, sprinkle with flour, prepare a light roux, stir in some ground hot pepper, fry and pour 500 ml of hot water, stir thoroughly and simmer for 5 minutes
Add the chopped potatoes, season with salt and cook for 10 minutes, then add the garlic, cumin, chopped sausage, beef bouillon cube and cook until the potatoes are soft
Finally, top up the soup with water to 1.5 litres, season with marjoram, pepper, salt and leave to boil
Decorate individual portions on a plate with chopped chilli.
Recommendation:
Sweet, non-spicy paprika can be substituted for the hot paprika.
