Quick gluten-free muffins

ingredients

2 pcs eggs 100 g sugar (I use cane sugar) 1 packet gluten-free Dr. Oetker pudding (strawberry, chocolate…) 80 g gluten-free flour 80 g softened butter 1/2 packet baking powder Dr.Oetker (I use phosphate-free) any fruit

The recipe is very simple, mix everything together and fill the muffin tins 🙂 you can use any frozen or fresh fruit…

First beat eggs with sugar, add pudding (powder only), butter, flour with baking powder and continue beating everything together with mixer.

2.

Fill the muffin tins and top with fruit, nuts, chocolate or Nutella, it’s up to you.

3.

Bake for approximately 15 – 20 minutes at 180°C.
