Quick Garlic Soup

Garlic soup seasoned with ground red pepper. Beautifully melted cheese and crunchy croutons at the end.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Press the garlic cloves into a pot and fry in oil until golden
2. Sprinkle very finely with red pepper, stir quickly and pour in the broth
3. Salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes
4. After turning off the heat, grate the remaining garlic clove into the soup on a fine grater
5. Season to taste with soup seasoning, if desired.
Recommendation:
Serve the soup hot, so that the cheese will stretch in it, and top with croutons. You don’t need to use soup seasoning.
