1 can sardines in oil 100 g grated hard cheese to taste mayonnaise to taste horseradish a little lemon juice a little herbs for garnish

Smash the tinned fish in a bowl, add the grated cheese, mayonnaise and grated horseradish. Season with lemon juice or vinegar.
