Quick Fennel Soup
Soup of vegetable broth, fennel cubes, garlic, onion and herbs.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Clean and cut the fennel into halves and then into cubes
2. Peel the onion and garlic, roughly chop the onion and slice the garlic
3. Fry the fennel, onion and garlic in oil together with herbs and spices, when everything softens and darkens in colour pour in the vegetable stock and cook for about 20 minutes

Recommendation:
Serve with grated cheese and bread. As an additional addition to the soup is great boiled or smoked fish.
