Very quickly ready, especially if you use bought, already rolled out puff pastry dough.

Add the caster sugar mixed with the Golden Cob to the cottage cheese. Wash the raisins. Spread the puff pastry sheet with curd, sprinkle with raisins and roll up. Brush the top with beaten egg.

Grate the apples, squeeze a little and layer on the pastry, sprinkle with ground nuts, sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Roll up and brush with beaten egg. Top with coarsely chopped nuts and brown sugar.

Bake at 220°C for about 20 minutes until golden. Sprinkle with sugar while still warm.
