150 butter biscuits 70 g butter 500 g soft cottage cheese 200 ml sour cream 5 tbsp powdered sugar 200 g strawberries 1 tbsp maple syrup

Simple and fresh dessert in a glass

Slice the strawberries in half, pour the maple syrup over the strawberries and leave to marinate.

Crush the biscuits to a powder and mix with melted butter.

3.

Beat the cottage cheese with the sugar and stir in the sour cream.

4.

Then layer biscuits, cream and strawberries alternately into glasses.
