1 pk cauliflower 40 g butter 40 g plain flour 1/4 liter broth 1/4 liter milk 2 pk egg yolk to taste salt, nutmeg
procedure
Cut the cauliflower into florets and boil in salted water. Thicken with a béchamel of butter and flour, which you pour over milk and boil well. Add the egg yolks to the soup, season with salt and nutmeg.
