Quick cabbage soup
ingredients
1 kg sauerkraut in brine 2 pcs soft smoked sausages 30 g dried wild mushrooms 4 pcs potatoes oil or lard

Slice the sausage into rounds. Wring out the cabbage and cut it a little, do not pour the brine.

Clean the potatoes, cut into cubes, soak the mushrooms in water. Fry the sausage slices in oil, add the chopped cabbage and fry a little. Then add clean water – about 1cm above the cabbage. Cook for about an hour. Pour some of the water from the mushrooms into the cabbage soup, pour out the remaining water, add the mushrooms and potatoes to the cabbage soup.

Cook for approximately 30 minutes. Finally, pour in the cabbage brine and immediately turn off the heat. Bon appetit. 🙂
