Quick bun

Earth cake made from, among other things, white wine, apples, jam and eggs.

Ingredients:

5 pcs of large apples 2 pcs eggs 1.5 pcs white lids 70 g of fat 1/2 l milk 1 packet of cinnamon sugar 5 tablespoons fine granulated sugar 3 tablespoons hot preserves a handful of raisins fat to deglaze

Procedure:

1. 1. Place the moistened slices in a greased baking dish and cover the entire bottom with them, filling the gaps between the slices with the crumbled bread
3. Sprinkle the surface of the flattened buns with melted fat and place the grated apples on them
4. Then sprinkle the jam with raisins (or even grated nuts) and cover the whole surface with slices of moistened lid again
6. After 10 minutes, remove the bun from the oven and brush it all over with the milk in which you have previously mixed the egg
8. Bake again for 20-30 minutes until the bun is golden brown
