250 ml whipping cream 3 pcs eggs 300 g semi-coarse flour 200 g powder. sugar 1 packet vanilla sugar 1 packet baking powder

I was taught to make this bubbly by my aunt Majka when I had 2 small children and couldn’t keep up with the baking. It’s very tasty and I bake it anytime with fresh and pickled fruit. We like the blueberry and plum ones the best, which I sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Mix everything together, pour onto a greased and floured baking sheet.

Decorate with fruit and bake. Test the dough with a toothpick.
3.
After cooling, sprinkle with sugar, cut and eat.
