Quiche without pastry with Vegetable Recipes and curry

Here’s the recipe for Vegetable and Curry Pastry Free Quiche, a tasty light pastry free quiche with carrots, zucchini and leeks that is easy and simple to make for an evening meal with a salad.

Ingredients for 6 people:

3 carrots 2 medium zucchini 1 leek 3 eggs 50 g flour 250 g 0% yogurt 150 ml skim milk 60 g grated Gruyere cheese 1 teaspoon curry powder salt, pepper

Preparation:

Peel the Vegetable Recipes then cut them into pieces.
Then fry them in a non-stick pan with a little water for 10 minutes.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the milk and yogurt, add the flour, curry powder, salt and pepper then mix.
Then add the Vegetable Recipes and grated cheese, mix then pour into a baking tin lined with greaseproof paper.
Preheat the oven to 200°C then put your quiche without pastry with Vegetable Recipes and curry in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
