Quiche Lorraine

Egg pie with bacon.

Ingredients:

Recipe for 4 servings: 120 g smooth flour 40 g butter 20 g vegetable fat 2 dl of cream 4 pcs English bacon slices 2 pcs

td>small eggs 3-4 tbsp water ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Quickly work the smooth flour, softened butter, fat, a pinch of salt and water into a dough, form it into a ball and let it rest
2. In about 1 hour, roll out into a round and place in a low pie tin
3. Fry the bacon cut into cubes in a frying pan, spread it over the dough and pour over the eggs beaten with cream and ground pepper
4. Place the pie immediately in a hot oven and bake for about half an hour at 190 °C
5. Slice and serve cold.
