1 kg quark 50 g butter 20 g sugar 40 g plain flour 20 g breadcrumbs to taste salt a little nutmeg 1 dl sour cream 2 pcs egg yolk
procedure
1. Clean and grate the quark. Heat the sugar in a frying pan in the lard, add the quark, cover with water, bring to the boil, cook until soft, sprinkle with flour and toasted breadcrumbs, cover with water and boil well. 2. Push through a sieve and add salt and a little grated nutmeg. 3. Put the egg yolks and cream in a soup bowl and add the hot soup, stirring constantly. Serve with the toasted bun.
