Quail Eggs in Mushrooms

Mushroom heads stuffed with quail eggs, baked in the oven.

Ingredients:

4 pcs quail eggs 4 pcs larger mushrooms 1 tablespoon of cream or yogurt 1 tablespoon of butter 1 tablespoon horseradish lemon juice ground black pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Clean the mushrooms, remove the legs, dry them, salt, pepper, drizzle with lemon juice and refrigerate
2. Butter a baking dish or frying pan, place the mushroom heads in it with the bottom up and crack a quail egg into each one
3. Bake for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 178-180 °C
4. Serve with finely grated horseradish mixed with cream or yoghurt and garnished with fresh Vegetable Recipes.
