250 g beef 150 g bone 150 g root Vegetable Recipes 50 g leek 1 pk onion 1 pk garlic cloves to taste whole black pepper, salt
procedure
1. Put the meat and the bone in cold, salted water. Do not skim off the foam, it will curdle after a while and settle to the bottom. 2. After 2 hours add the chopped Vegetable Recipes, onion and chopped leek, whole pepper and garlic. When the soup is cooked, drain and serve with the chopped meat and Vegetable Recipes.
