. Ingredients
Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend
Ground cinnamon, 2 tbsp Ground ginger, 2 tsp Ground nutmeg, 2 tsp Ground cloves, 2 tsp Ground allspice, 2 tsp Ground black pepper, 1/8 tsp
For the Pumpkin SpiceLlatte
Cooked or roasted pumpkin puree, 50 g Milk, 500 ml Sugar or sweetener to taste Espresso coffee, 100 ml Pumpkin Pie Spice blend, 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, 1 tsp Whipping cream, for garnish
Step 1
In a bowl mix the pumpkin puree, the spice mix and the sugar. Stir well and heat for about 30 seconds in the microwave.
Step 2
Heat the milk with the vanilla extract until it is about to boil.
Step 3
Add the pumpkin mixture to the hot milk and mix well with the help of a blender. Strain and set aside.
Step 4
In a large serving bowl of at least 400 ml, put 50 ml of espresso coffee at the bottom and pour the pumpkin-milk mixture on top.
Step 5
Finally decorate the cup with a dollop of whipped cream, which can be sprinkled with more spices.
