Pumpkin soup with rosemary and cream

ingredients

1 pcs pumpkin 1 cup cream 3 tbsp plain flour 2 tbsp oil to taste broth, salt, rosemary minced

procedure

Fry the chopped onion in the oil. Add the flour, fry and sprinkle with a little water. Add the chopped pumpkin, broth and salt. Simmer, cover with water and cook.

When the pumpkin is soft, blend it with an immersion blender. Season with rosemary, add cream and stir.
