1 pk pumpkin 2 pk onion 2 cloves garlic 1 KL salt 2 tbsp plain flour 250 ml whipping cream 25 g Hera 1 KL vinegar 2 KL crystal sugar a little dill
procedure
1. Peel the pumpkin and scoop out the seeds and flesh with a spoon. Peel the onion and garlic.Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater and chop the onion and garlic finely.In a saucepan, melt the ghee and fry the onion and garlic.Add the pumpkin, add salt, stir and simmer under a lid.Then add the flour and stir.Pour in the cream and simmer for a while. If the soup seems too thick, add a little milk.2. Finally, add the chopped dill.Season with vinegar and sugar.
