Pumpkin roasted with garlic

ingredients

2 pcs garlic 1 pcs pumpkin to taste salt to taste ground black pepper 2 sprigs rosemary a little garlic oil

procedure

1. Wash the pumpkin thoroughly, cut it open, scoop out the seeds and cut it into smaller pieces. Place in a greased baking dish, season with salt and pepper. 2. Add two whole heads of garlic cloves, drizzle everything with garlic oil, garnish with sprigs of rosemary and place in the oven. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
