1 cup rice 2 cups water 1/2 pcs pumpkin 1/2 kg tomato 1 pcs onion 1 tbsp olive oil 2 cloves garlic salt ground black pepper chilli powder
procedure
1.
Peel the pan and hollow out the inside. Cut the remaining part into cubes.

Clean the onion and cut into small pieces. Fry in olive oil.
3.
Add zucchini and tomatoes
4.
Fresh basil chop finely. Add to the vegetable mixture.
5.
Cook the rice. When the rice starts to bubble, reduce the heat and cook under a lid until the water evaporates.
6.
Add the cooked rice to the vegetable mixture.
7.
Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste. I recommend adding chilli 🙂 Enjoy!
