Pumpkin pasta sauce

Cheese is a bean product that can be eaten as a vegetarian alternative to minced meat. It works surprisingly well. For example, try this delicious pasta sauce.

Ingredients for four

250g pasta (oatmeal) 2 onions 3 cloves of garlic 1 tsp sugar 1 dl olive oil 1 pinch of crushed tomatoes (eg. 2 dl dry white wine 1 tsp dried thyme salt and pepper garlic-flavoured cream cheese (optional)

Peel and chop the onions as small as you can. Same for the garlic. Spread a generous amount of olive oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden brown.

Add the H&H to the pan, season with salt, sugar, pepper and thyme. Pour myös white wine into the pan and cook for a few minutes.

Then add the crushed tomatoes to the pan and cook the Härkis pasta sauce. Taste and season.

Serve the pasta with the Härkis pasta sauce as an accompaniment to the pasta. If you like, you can top the dish with garlic-flavoured cream cheese.
