Pumpkin pancakes

1 pk pumpkin plain flour oatmeal salt black pepper ground marjoram 2 pk whole eggs

When we want more sweet pancakes we put less salt and we can eat with powdered sugar – the pancakes will be sweet. If we add more salt, and after baking add more salt they will taste like classic pancakes-salty.

Wash and peel the pan. I used this one – from my own garden.

Polish and remove the seeds.

Fine grate 80 percent of the pumpkin, 20 percent coarser.
Add 2 whole eggs, salt, black pepper, oatmeal, plain flour. Add the marjoram too, but not too much, so as not to make bitter pancakes. Add enough oats and flour to make a suitable batter for the pancakes, depending on the size of the pumpkin. So the exact amount is hard to write. Mix well.

Fry in lard until golden.
