Pumpkin moussaka

Cooked beef, mixed with rice and garnished with squash and tomatoes, all stewed in the oven.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the meat into small pieces, cover with water, lightly salt and cook until tender
2. Cook the rice until semi-soft
3. Fry the chopped onion in butter
4. Clean the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut it into small pieces
5. Mix the meat with the rice, stir in the fried onions, add salt and pepper
6. Put the meat and rice mixture in a greased baking dish, put a layer of pumpkin on top, garnish with tomato slices, pour a little broth from the cooked meat over everything
