Pumpkin kibbeh

This dish is part of many Middle Eastern dishes.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. In a large bowl, mash the pre-cooked pumpkin with a fork, add the flour and finely chopped onion, mix everything well, season and refrigerate for 15 minutes
2. If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of water to the bowl
3. Make 8 cm long rolls from the pumpkin mixture, open on one side, fill the holes with the prepared filling
4. Finally, fry the rolls in hot oil until golden brown, let them drain or dry them on kitchen paper.
Preparation of the filling:
1. Add the well-washed spinach and cook the mixture for a few minutes, stirring constantly
3. Finally, add the other ingredients listed above that belong to the filling, stir well and remove from the heat
