Pumpkin goulash with pork

600 g pork 600 g pumpkin 5 pcs potato 250 g leek 5 pcs tomato 3 stalks celery 1 tbsp oil 300 ml vegetable broth 1 pinch ground cumin 1 pinch ground red pepper 1 pinch oregano to taste salt to taste ground black pepper a little oil

1. Wash, dry and cut the pork into cubes. Clean the pumpkin and potatoes and cut them into approximately equal cubes. Cut the tomatoes and celery into cubes, and the leeks into rounds. 2. In a saucepan, brown the meat in hot oil. Add the Vegetable Recipes and simmer over a medium heat for about 10 minutes. 3. Pour the hot stock into the pot and season the stew with all the spices. Cook the stew over a low heat for about 30 minutes, or until the meat is tender.
