Pumpkin bread with almonds

180 g hokkaido pumpkin a little orange juice 1 tbsp granulated sugar 120 g butter 180 g powdered sugar 190 g semi-coarse flour 1/2 packet baking powder 80 g chopped almonds 3 pcs egg a little pumpkin seeds

1. Put the grated pumpkin in a saucepan, pour the orange juice over it, sprinkle with sugar and simmer on a low heat for about 7 minutes. Drain and leave to cool. 2. Meanwhile, whisk the egg yolks with the icing sugar and butter until foamy. Add the flour, baking powder and stiff egg whites. Finally, stir in the pumpkin and chopped almonds. 3. Mix the batter, pour into a greased and floured baking tin. Sprinkle the top with the seeds and place the bread in the preheated oven.
