Pumpkin and Ham Lasagna WW

Here is the recipe for WW Pumpkin and Ham Lasagna, a tasty, very light seasonal dish, lasagna topped with a béchamel sauce made with pumpkin puree and ricotta cheese.
Ingredients for 6 people: – 8 SP / person –
240 g pre-cooked lasagna sheets 700 g pumpkin 220 g cubed ham 120 g ricotta cheese 1 chopped onion 1 tablespoon olive oil 50 g parmesan cheese 1 pinch grated nutmeg salt, pepper
Preparation :
Peel then cut the pumpkin into pieces.
In a saucepan put 250 g of pumpkin in pieces then add 250 ml of water and a pinch of salt.
Then cover and let cook until the pumpkin becomes tender.
Blend the mixture with a hand blender then add the ricotta, salt, pepper and pinch of nutmeg and blend again to obtain a pumpkin béchamel.
In a frying pan heat the olive oil then fry the chopped onion for minutes.
Then put the pumpkin and ham lasagna in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 200°C.
