Pulled Pork in the style of a boy
The son of the family continues to make Pulled Pork with onions. It turns out really sweet and juicy. There are several ways to make Pulled Pork, including making it in a pot. See my recipe at the end of the video.
25 lengths of pork shoulder
1-1,2kg pork shoulder with bone (kasslerkin kä2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon soy 1 tablespoon pepper
Pulled Pork to accompany the pork sauce
mayonnaise spiced with lime; red onion cucumber
Remove the skin and excess fat from the meat. Fry in a hot pan until just tender.
Peel and slice the onions into thin strips.
There are several schools of thought on how to make Pulled Pork. It is made in a pot on the stove.
&Close the pot and drop the onions into the bottom. Place the pork on the bottom of the pan, tightly against the edges.
Add the remaining ingredients to the pork and enough apple juice to cover the meat.
Cook the Pulled Pork with the lid ajar on a low simmer for three to four hours so that the liquids begin to evaporate. Be careful not to catch the bottom, the meat may shrink during cooking. Remove the pan from the cold and leave to cook until the next baking.
Remove the meat from the pan and tear it into pieces with a fork. If there is still a lot of gravy left, you can cook it for a while. Mix the sauce with the pork.
Simmer the pulled pork in the pot or put in a baking dish and bake with the sauce for 225C/15min. It will need to cool a little before serving.
