Pulled poppy seed strudel with sour cherries
ingredients
125 g plain flour (as needed) 125 g semi-coarse flour 5 tbsp vegetable oil salt 125 ml lukewarm water vinegar 200 g ground blue poppy 100 g granulated sugar (100 g) 250 g sour cherries from the compote

I first tried it a year ago when I was still on maternity leave It worked out well and I started baking it to orders everyone raves about it too.

Cesto: Mix all the ingredients by hand and press firmly to bring everything together. 15mins is needed to bring the dough together.

When the dough is ready put it in a greased bag with a drop of oil for 1,5h to stand …

When the dough is rested …. Prepare a sheet and dust it with semi-coarse flour. Spoon the dough into the centre and slowly pull up each side.

Mix the poppy seeds with the sugar. Drizzle the oil over the dough, dust the poppy-sugar mixture all over.

Place the cherries in the center.
6.
Cut off the overhanging edges. Slowly roll the dough using the sheet.

Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper …

Brush with oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
