Pulled Cherry strudel
Homemade pastry wrapped in a strudel shape, filled with cherries, nuts, biscuits …, baked until golden brown.

Procedure:
1. Work the flour with the loosened butter, warm water, lemon juice and salt, knead until a smooth dough is formed, let it rest for 1 hour
2. Divide the rested dough into two parts, roll out into two long sheets
3. Cover each sheet with crumbled biscuits mixed with walnuts, semolina and other filling ingredients, roll into a wrapper, brush the legs with oil
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ÂșC for about 40 minutes.
