From potatoes and flour prepared dough, filled with cottage cheese mixed with sugar, cooked in the shape of dumplings, decorated with ground poppy seeds and sugar, buttered.

1. Grate the raw peeled potatoes and drain them in a colander, squeeze them lightly and mix them in a bowl with a pinch of salt, semolina and a little coarse flour as required
2. Separate the dough into equal pieces, press them into patties on a floured roller, cover them with curd mixed with sugar, close well, round them and put them in boiling salted water

Recommendation:
You can also sprinkle with gingerbread or fried breadcrumbs and fill with salted cottage cheese.
