Puff pastry scones with plum jam

500 g puff pastry plum jam 1 pk egg powdered sugar for sprinkling

A quickie that everyone can make…

Prepare the ingredients.

Roll out the puff pastry dough.

The dough is about 0.4 mm thick

and cut it into squares with a rolling pin.

Place a teaspoon of jam on each square.
6.
Place an egg in a cup and whisk.
7.
Place one corner over the jam as shown and brush the top with beaten egg.
8.
Place the opposite corner over the jam.
9.
And brush the whole with the egg.
10.
Transfer to a baking sheet.
11.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes.
12.
Sprinkle the top with icing sugar.
