Roll out the puff pastry or buy ready-rolled puff pastry. In a bowl, mix the soft curd, egg, sugar, golden cob (powder).

Spread the mixture on the puff pastry and wrap it carefully. Bake the cake in a narrow oblong pan (180 degrees, 30 to 35 minutes) to ensure that the wrap holds its shape.

After baking, leave the cake in the tin until cool. Thanks to the golden cob, it holds its shape well and can be sliced nicely.
