Pudding-cream cake

4 pcs egg 1 packet vanillin sugar 1 packet baking powder 1 dl water 1 dl oil 200 g powdered sugar 200 g plain flour
Pudding-filling
1/2 litre milk 1 packet cream-vanilla pudding 1 packet vanillin sugar 4 tbsp granulated sugar
Soup
2 crucibles sour cream 4 tbsp caster sugar 1 packet vanillin sugar

Whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla. Add the oil and mix. Add water and mix again. Sift in the flour and baking powder and mix together again. Pour onto the prepared, greased and floured baking tray.

Cook the pudding, pour it over the raw dough, you can help yourself with a ladle. Progressively pour it all over the dough.

Bake at 150° for 45 minutes.

While the cake is still hot, spread the cream cheese frosting on top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
