1 cube yeast 1 litre semi-skimmed milk 2 tbsp granulated sugar (optional) 0.9 kg plain flour (ideally T650) 1 pk palmarin (filling) 3 tbsp cocoa (filling) 3 packets chocolate pudding (filling) granulated sugar for flavouring (filling) 4 egg whites 150 g icing sugar 3 tbsp vegetable oil egg yolk for spreading

I was taught this recipe by my Aunt Milka about 8 years ago. I don’t even know how it all started but my aunt is a very good baker , her kiwa cake, cheesecake cuts, moravian buns…And it was during those moravian buns that we always licked all our fingers for that my mom told me to learn how to make it.I said , what a great idea. I called with my aunt, I came to her that I will learn to bake Moravian buns, but to begin with she said that we will start with this fantastic yeasted pudding cake. When she taught me how to bake it, I taught my mom and my boyfriend how to bake it. And eventually I learned to make Moravian buns
