Pudding biscuits
ingredients
125 g butter 50 g icing sugar 2 packets vanillin sugar 50 g vanilla pudding 125 g plain flour 2 tbsp cocoa

Excellent biscuits for big and small…

Mix softened butter with vanilla and icing sugar. Progressively add flour, vanilla pudding and work into a dough. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.

From the dough make balls, which we place on a baking sheet lined with paper. Use a fork to press gently into each ball. Bake until pink.

Tip: for the cocoa version, just add good quality cocoa along with the pudding.
