Puchero II.

Mass soup with nightshade.

Ingredients:

300 g of beef 150 g carrots 80 g beans (peas) 80 g English bacon 60 g garlic salami

/td> 1 pk onion 4 pcs peppercorns 2 pcs spice grains 1.6 l water ground pepper majorana bean leaf salt Eyelets 30g Hams 20g Bacon 1pc eggs 1pc small garlic clove breadcrumbs breadcrumbs fat fryer

Procedure:

Preparation of the nights:
1. Mix the finely chopped ham, bacon, crushed garlic, eggs and breadcrumbs and add the stock to make a medium thick batter
2.

Soup:
1. Rinse the beans (peas), cover with water and let them swell
2. Add the meat, spices and cook until the beans (peas) and meat are almost soft
3. Then add the diced salami, carrots, onions and cook everything further
4. Finally, cut the bacon into cubes, add to the soup at the same time as the nightshades and serve, serve the meat separately!
