Fruit smoothie with a splash of rum and coconut protein will cheer you up and give you plenty of energy during your first barbecues, for example!

Place the fruit in the blender, add the protein, rum and water and blend together.

Sieve the juice through a thick strainer and serve in tall glasses, ideally with ice.
3.
Then make a second version with peach, orange and banana.
