Protein pancakes
ingredients
1 tsp chia seeds milk (roughly 100 ml) 1 pk egg 25 g protein powder (vanilla, chocolate, …) Coconut oil to grease the pan

Protein pancakes with chia seeds.

Prepare the pancake batter. Put 1 tsp of chia seeds in a bowl and pour a little milk over them (just enough milk to cover the chia seeds, about 100 ml).

Then add the egg and protein to the mixture and beat well with a whisk.

We get a batter, which we pour on the pan in the classic way and bake as a pancake.
