Protein Bagel,

100 g spelt flour T630 1 pk egg 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 140 g Greek yoghurt sesame poppy seeds flaxseed coarse sea salt

For breakfast, for a snack, without rising and waiting or getting up early.

Whisk together the flour, egg, baking powder, salt and yogurt. This will make a compact dough, which you can then divide into 4 parts.

Wet your hands and shape a quarter of the dough into an oblong cylinder. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and shape it into a bagel/donut shape.

Sprinkle the individual doughs with sesame seeds, linseed, poppy seeds or sea salt – to taste and place in a preheated oven at 180°C. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Instagram: walrus.buko
