12 pcs egg 12 tbsp fine granulated sugar (semolina) 12 tbsp semi-coarse flour 3 tsp baking powder
Filling:
500 ml whipping cream 33% chilled 500 g soft lump-free cottage cheese 1 pk Créme Olé pudding without cooking with vanilla flavour Dr.Oetker 1 pk Smeta-fix 2 tbsp powdered sugar fruit to taste
For the whole surface:
250 ml whipping cream 33% chilled 1 pk Smeta-fix Dr.Oetker powdered sugar

Corpus 3x: Beat 4 egg whites in a bowl with a pinch of salt to a thick froth, beat in 4 tablespoons sugar, four egg yolks, a tablespoon at a time, and gently stir in 4 tablespoons sifted flour with one teaspoon baking powder. Prepare three shells in this way. Spread into a cake tin 24 cm in diameter. Grease the tin and dust with coarse flour. Bake at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes. Test for doneness with a skewer. Whip the whipping cream with the Smeta-fix. Mix the cottage cheese with the icing sugar. Combine the whipped cream with the cream cheese using a mixer and progressively add the Créme olé vanilla no-cook pudding powder.

Place as follows: Brush the first cake with half of the filling, sprinkle with fresh or frozen fruit to taste, press gently into the filling. Add the second crust, spread with the remaining filling and sprinkle with fruit, press gently into the filling. Fold in the last shell. Whip the whipping cream with the Smeta-fix and icing sugar to taste to coat the entire surface and sides. Decorate as you like. Refrigerate. Enjoy!
