Poultry Soup II

Soup of chicken giblets, root Vegetable Recipes, broccoli, onion and spices.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 350 g of chicken giblets (heart, wings, neck) ./tr>

100 g broccoli 100 g petrels 100 g carrots 5 pcs black peppercorns 3 pcs spice pod 1 pk berry leaf 1 pc small onion 1.2 l of water chopped parsley for garnish salt

Procedure:

1. Place the washed tripe in a pot and cover with cold water
2. Add salt, onion and skin, bay leaf, allspice and whole pepper
3. Bring everything to a boil and cook the tripe until tender
4. Scrape the carrots and parsley and cut into cubes, divide the washed broccoli into small florets
5. Strain the broth into another pot, peel the meat from the wings and neck, cut into pieces and add to the broth with the prepared Vegetable Recipes

Recommendation:

A suitable addition to the poultry soup is, for example, an egg roll.
