Pouches with Provolone and Anchovies

You can serve these oven-baked, cheese and anchovy filled pouches as an appetizer or as an accompaniment to an aperitif, for example, together with cheese fondues. A tip for a luxurious festive treat.

Ingredients:

1 packet of puff pastry 1 package sardines in oil cubed Provolone cheese from La Formaggeria Gran Moravia Verena cheese from La Formaggeria Gran Moravia Verena cheese from La Formaggeria Gran Moravia milk, pepper for fondue

Procedure:

Cut the rolled out puff pastry into 4×4 cm squares.

Cube and fill the puff pastry squares with one well-drained anchovy and a cube of cheese, wrap the pastry

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes, until the bags are golden brown.

Serve with cheese fondue, which you can easily prepare in a pan by melting cubes of under-ripe cheese, such as Verena, with a little milk and pepper.
